WSvG is named after Willemien Storm van ‘sGravesande. In 2008, I founded my own company, specializing in HR Consultancy and individual Coaching. My basis is international HR. I have lead HR teams in- and outside the Netherlands.
As an HR Director I am experienced in setting meaningful and focused HR strategies for example around talent management, human resources planning and learning & development. I use this experience in supporting HR Managers who want to make a bigger impact as strategic business partner. I have over 15 years experience and have worked 12 years for NIKE Europe Middle East and Africa in the Netherlands.
My educational background is Political Science at the University of Amsterdam (masters) and I hold a bachelors degree in Human Resources from the Hogeschool Rotterdam in The Netherlands. I am trained through the Coaches Institute as a professional coach. Being a Dutch national, my HR and coaching work often has an international focus.
