How does Coaching work?
- INTAKE – During the 1,5 hour intake session the current priorities of the client are being discussed as well as ‘roadblocks’(what’s standing in the way) and opportunities. Coach and client agree on coaching style, accountabilities from the client, reporting back on assignments. Prior to the intake it is possible to have a meeting with the client and the supervisor/sponsor to discuss desired outcomes.
- COACHING Sessions - These take place face to face or over the phone with email contact in between. Both ways have proven to be effective. Usually, the frequency is 2 sessions per month. Each coaching session takes 1 hour. To drive structural effect and to change behavior, 3 – 6 months are needed.
