In conjunction with Zumflow Coaching, WSvG offers the training practical coaching skills. This training is for managers and professionals that want to coach and influence others successfully.
This half a day training is followed up by two individual coaching sessions to deepen the learning of the training and forward the action.
Topics that are practiced are: powerful and effective questions, giving feedback, getting commitment from direct reports and enabling them to contribute effectively.
After the training and personal coaching sessions you will have a clear understanding of your developmental areas and strengths in coaching and influencing. You have experienced how big your impact can be when you are coaching or influencing others. You will have developed an effective strategy to recognize your pitfalls and blockages.
