In conjunction with Zumflow Coaching, WSvG offers team coaching sessions for intact departments and teams. During the team workshops, root causes of issues are identified. Participants will be stimulated to take active part in the workshop. Together, a desired end state is designed.
Our aim is to work with the participants on topics real and relevant to them. The participants will leave the workshop with concrete goals to put in immediate action.
Workshops are often followed by individual coaching sessions and/or follow up workshops to keep the momentum going and give the individual and/or team the motivation to follow through end reach the desired end state.
