HR Interim
On an interim basis I am available to design a HR strategy that is complementary to the organization strategy. This can be done together with the existing HR team. Examples of HR interim assignments are:
- Leadership of HR department and team management
- Creation of HR strategies in line with business needs.
- Covering for HR managers or temporary filling of vacant positions
- Creation and implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies, training plans, leadership development programs and other HR instruments.
