At the start of the intervision process, the learning objectives and the desired end results are specified. In groups of minimum 4, HR professionals share their issues, blockages and opportunities during 5 half a day intervision meetings. Interval between the meetings is 4 weeks. Each participant will be provided with tailored homework assignments to deepen the learning and forward the action.
It is possible to combine the HR Business Partner Intervision with individual coaching sessions to support the transition process and embed the behavioral changes in daily life.
